SOLUTION FOR THE OLD BUILDING
In the renovation sector, unplanned height levelling is often necessary. Conventional systems such as classic screeds have a high dead weight. In old buildings in particular, however, the weight per unit area is crucial to ensure the load-bearing capacity of the subfloor. WAKOL Z 590 Light Screed can be used to level out height differences of 2-30 cm. An installation height of just 4 cm saves 46 kg per m². This corresponds to a weight reduction of approx. 60 % compared to a classic screed with excellent insulating properties at the same time.
QUICKLY READY FOR COVERING
WAKOL Z 590 Light Screed is quickly ready for covering in any layer thickness. Regardless of whether it is a beam fan with 20 cm high levelling or a flat application with different layer thicknesses, the floor is ready for covering after 24 hours. This provides planning security for the further system configuration with WAKOL Z 515 Thin Screed!
NO COMPROMISES WITH THE SURFACE COVERING
Once the system components have been installed, smooth coverings such as LVT, linoleum, PVC-free or classic vinyl coverings and rubber, as well as textile coverings of all kinds and, of course, a wide variety of parquet types can be laid.
