Wakol levelling compounds and LOBA sealers are technically coordinated to achieve optimum results. From substrate preparation to surface treatment, the products fit together like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, without any undesirable interactions. The tried and tested construction recommendations combine tried and tested products for maximum application safety.
Substrate preparation includes the use of WAKOL PU 280 Polyurethane Primer to completely seal off any residual moisture and to consolidate the substrate.
A bonding bridge is then formed with WAKOL D 3045 Special Primer, onto which WAKOL Z 625 Levelling Compound is then applied as the main component. This is well suited for this purpose as it is easy to apply and can be worked on very quickly.
The dried levelling compound is then first primed with LOBA FactoryBase and then sealed with LOBA 2K FactoryStyle.
The construction height from 3 mm is very low and only a few tools are required.
The system from LOBA and Wakol fulfils the highest quality requirements and protects the installer - all products are labelled EMICODE EC1 PLUS as very low-emission.
